This also includes customer accounts, which after giving orders and receiving the goods, passes instructions to the credit card companies to refuse for the payment in said transaction as in few cases of online transaction.
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to www.banalata.in or purchase through website will be settled in jurisdiction and shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at Dibrugarh District of Assam shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
